The staff were really nice and helpful. The bed was a little smaller than expected, barely fit 2 people.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights while exploring the nearby attractions. We loved that the tram was just across the street, making it really easy to get around, and the Royal Mile was only a short walk away. The room was comfortable for the two of us, and I appreciated the up-to-date bathroom. Overall, it was a convenient base for our sightseeing adventures.

Room cleanliness fell short, finding a napkin beneath the sheet didn’t set a great tone. The shower felt cramped, much like an airplane bathroom, and if you wanted extra blankets or pillows, you'd have to reach into your pockets for those. The noise from the street could be bothersome unless you're a fan of city sounds at night.

absoluteley not worth the money! the room was dirty with a napkin under the sheet, how ttasteful! also, I was shocked that I had to pay for extra blankets, such an inconvenience. I expected a welcome gift or free room upgrade for my troubles but got nothing! shame on them for this subpar experience.

Cozy Stay with Great Accessibility
I had a lovely stay, with a spacious room that was both quiet and clean. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to popular spots like the Scott Monument and Calton Hill. It's also only a 10-minute walk from the bus station which makes getting around a breeze. However, the only downside was a slightly odd smell in the hallway.
